01 · Territory

Everything begins with the matter of the landscape.

Atacama, the Pacific, Tierra, Patagonia and the Islands inspire forms, textures and memories that later become jewels. Each collection is born from a different observation: the strength of rock, the movement of water, the trace of wind, the geometry of ice or the mineral depth of the territory.

02 · Trace

Before becoming silver, each jewel was an imperfect line.

The trace is the first human gesture of the process. A line made by hand, a form that does not yet exist, a search between the organic and the sculptural. At this stage, proportions, voids, reliefs and the personality of each piece begin to appear.

03 · Design and Volume

The drawing becomes volume.

From the sketch, the piece begins to take shape. Curves, thicknesses, heights, textures and areas of contact with the skin are defined. Each ring, earring or pendant is conceived as a small portable sculpture: a form that must be beautiful, expressive and wearable.

04 · Modeling and Testing

The jewel moves from paper to model.

The design is developed digitally or through physical tests to review proportions, fit, presence and details. This stage allows the form to be adjusted before bringing it into its final material, ensuring that the piece preserves its visual strength and remains comfortable to wear.

05 · Casting in Silver 950

The form becomes metal.

Each piece is produced in silver 950 through casting and artisanal work. Silver receives texture, reflects light and preserves the nobility of a jewel designed to last. Some pieces incorporate enamel or color to express depth, water, sky or territorial memory.

06 · Manual Finishing

The jewel is finished by hand.

Polishing, texture, shine, contrast and final details are carefully worked to reveal the character of each piece. Some surfaces remain smooth and luminous; others preserve reliefs, traces or roughness that recall their material origin.

07 · Final Jewel

The piece is ready to live on the body.

Each Trazo Austral jewel is a portable sculpture: a form born from territory, transformed by design and finished in silver 950. It is not only an accessory; it is a material memory that accompanies the person who wears it.
